Terms & Conditions

Customer agreement Terms:

Any change in scope of work which is not mentioned in the initial estimates will be added and charged.
Payment should be completed within a month of completion/Handover of the site.
In failure of payment in time, Customer would be charged late fee of 12% interest rate on the due amount after handover date.
Agreeing to go ahead with the work perceived that terms and conditions are being well understood and agreed.
Guarantee and warranty will be invalid if payment not done in time.
Extra Material will be charged if not part of estimates or upgraded above standard rate.
Any upgrade to standard material will be charged.
Extra money will be refunded by our company if customer paid more and scope of work decreased during construction.
Cancellation of in scope work will be accepted only before the work start, not once started.
